Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 is a water-based primer made from acrylic resin. Touch dry in 30 minutes, recoatable in just one hour.
Using Zinsser Bulls Eye really is as simple as 1-2-3: no need to sand or worry about what paint is already on; it can be used both inside and outside; and it will adhere/bond to virtually every surface including gloss paint, PVC, ceramic tiles, glass, lead, galvanised metal. Just be sure to have degreased with Sugar Soap or Methylated Spirits first.
