Spot Priming: Zinsser B-I-N is perfect for spot priming over knots, sap streaks, rust stains, copper screening stains. 

Stain Killing: one coat of Zinsser BIN effectively blocks water stains, mould stains, crayon, ink, graffiti and grease spots etc. For tannin bleed, it's recommended to do two coats.

Odour killing: Zinsser B-I-N will effective eliminate odours deriving from the substrate including musty mould, fireplace and furnace odours, moth repellents, urine, residual flood/fire odours etc.
