Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 Plus is a more advanced version of its namesake and one of the most effective water based stain blockers available.  

So whats the difference between 123 and the "1-2-3 Plus"? The new Zinsser 123 Plus contains cationic polymers which, when combined with its water based formulation, makes it an outstanding stain blocker. Together with it's superior stain blocking power, Zinsser 1-2-3 Plus has exceptional flow and levelling qualities; it's fast drying, has outstanding adhesion, and can even be used as a finish coat on ceilings.  

Stain Killer: Zinsser 123 Plus has exceptional stains blocking properties. It'll block stains such as water and smoke damage, cedar and redwood bleed, asphalt, crayon marks and graffiti.  

Priming: can be used on bare or unpainted surfaces including wood, plasterboard, drywall, cured plaster, concrete, stucco, masonry, aluminium, vinyl, stainless steel, copper, galvanised metals and PVC. As well as dense glossy surfaces; enamel paints, varnishes, cereamics. Do not apply to steel or ferrous metals.
